Delivery

We like to keep delivery simple.

UK Delivery Only

The Scented Vale currently delivers within the UK only. We’re not able to offer international delivery at this time.

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 6pm will be dispatched within the following two working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been packed and is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation so you know your Vale is heading to you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times will depend on the service selected at checkout, and we’ll always show the available options and cost before you place your order.

Please remember that delivery times begin from dispatch and are estimates provided by the delivery carrier. Occasionally, busy periods, bank holidays or unexpected delays can affect delivery times.
